When it began in 2005, Surgical Data Solutions was dedicated to connecting surgeons with device representatives in order to maximize efficiency. Eventually, the company expanded to create Case-Connect, the crowning achievement in surgical scheduling software. With this new, digital platform, surgical offices can streamline operations ranging from scheduling to data collection and analytics.

Mark Roady, Owner/President

Mark Roady is the founder and CEO of Surgical Data Solutions, Inc. Mark graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BS in biology and a minor in mathematics and chemistry in 1987. Interested in medical sales, he started his career selling pharmaceuticals for Parke-Davis, a Warner Lambert Company. After 5 years, he switched careers and became a medical device sales rep selling total hips and knees for Johnson & Johnson. In 1992, Mark formed MAR Medical, which became a distributor for total joints and numerous other sports medicine implants used for shoulder and knee injuries. In 1996, MAR Medical entered into the spine business by representing AcroMed, which was later purchased by DePuy, a Johnson & Johnson company.

Mark has a vast knowledge of orthopedic medical devices including spine, joint reconstruction, trauma and sports medicine. Mark continues to look for new ways to offer value-added solutions to surgeons, hospitals, and medical device manufacturers, while keeping high ethical values.

Dr. Jonathan E. Lackner, M.D. www.urologychannel.com Dr. Lackner is a urologist at Albuquerque Urology Associates, P.A. Dr. Lackner received his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and has completed internships and residencies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.		Dr. Calvin Allen Ridgeway, MD, FACS www.lovelace.com Dr. Ridgeway is a surgical oncologist at Lovelace Women's Hospital Breast Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and is on the teaching faculty of St. Francis University. Prior to joining Lovelace Women’s Hospital, Dr. Ridgeway served as a surgeon for the Presbyterian Medical Group in Albuquerque and for the United States Air Force.
Dr. William Ritchie, M.D. www.newmexicoorthopaedics.com Dr. William Ritchie is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in injuries and conditions of the shoulder and knee, occupational medicine, sports medicine and trauma at New Mexico Orthopaedics. His approach to all forms of treatment, including surgical methods, is conservative in nature. Prior to joining the team at New Mexico Orthopaedics, Dr. Ritchie proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Albuquerque’s own Kirtland Air Force Base. He is also proud to be one of the first surgeons in the state of New Mexico to earn the Subspecialty Certificate in Sports Medicine from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.		Dr. Amit Sahasrabudhe, M.D. www.asmc.md Dr. Amit Sahasrabudhe is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine Surgery and Fracture Care. His areas of expertise are shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle. Dr. Amit is also the orthopedic team physician for the Copper Semi-Pro football league, Arizona Rugby Association, the Arizona Cricket Association, the Arizona Fall League for Major League Baseball. He makes a difference in the community by serving as the orthopedic surgeon for several local high schools including Dobson, Marcos de Niza, Mesquite, Tempe, & Westwood.

Spencer Williams Senior Designer Spencer Williams has been designing and building websites for over 8 years.
